Expiration date: You can find the expiration date at the bottom of the product. Submit a return request to support@chaglo.com stating your order number and reason for return. We will send an EzyReturn tracking number once your return request has been processed (1 - 3 days). Go to any POPStation and at the POPStation select "return my parcel" and choose "I don’t have a label and need to print." Enter your EzyReturn tracking number, collect, and attach the printed label to your parcel. Then, select "scan barcode on EzyReturn label" and follow the on-screen instructions.

How does subscription work?
If you are looking for regular consumption of our products to get the best for your health and skin then the monthly subscription plan is best for you. If you subscribed we will ship your order in 1-3 business days then your future deliveries be on the 28th day from when you received the last order. Eg. If you received your first order on Monday 30 Dec 2024, you will receive the next order on 27 Jan 2025. Please be advised that it is auto renew subscription and we have 2 minimum cycles of orders before the cancellation. This is to prevent abuse of our preferential rate for subscribers.
How do I start a subscription?
On the product page, select "Subscribe and Save". Enter payment details and hit Subscribe. Our logistics team prepares to ship your supply on the same day, every 28 days.

How do I amend the payment method/billing address for my monthly subscription?
Please follow the below steps to amend the payment method of your subscription:
1. Log into your account and select "Manage Subscription" under your account.
2. Select the subscription you wish to amend and click on "See more details."
3. Under the "Payment Details" tab, select "Update Payment". A request will be sent to the email used for registration.
4. Open the email titled "Edit your payment details" and select "Confirm payment information."
5. Key in the respective credit card details/billing address.
6. Select "Update card" and a confirmation message will indicate "Your payment details have been updated successfully." once the step has been successfully performed.
I forgot to update the address on my Auto-Replenishment and I received an order confirmation with an outdated address.
If your order has already been generated and the address indicated in the confirmation is outdated, kindly reach out to us at support@chaglo.com at the soonest and we will try our best to assist you. If the order has already been shipped or delivered, kindly note that we will be unable to reship a new order to your current address.
How does payment work?
Your subscription is commitment-free and can be canceled anytime after your second order. Your billing cycle begins on the day you enter your credit card details and hit the Subscribe button. A credit card or debit card is required for this. Subscriptions automatically renew on the same day according to your selected interval as long as your billing information is valid and you haven't canceled.

What is Atome?
Atome is a "Buy Now, Pay Later" (BNPL) payment service that allows you to split your purchase into three equal, interest-free payments. This lets you buy the items you want today and pay overtime.

When you choose Atome at checkout, your total purchase amount is divided into three or six equal payments. Do the Loyalty Points expire?
No, they do not expire.
What is the minimum spend required for each point redemption?
There is no minimum spend on any redemption. Eg. If you have accumulated 18,900 points ie. $189. And you use it to offset the purchase 1 box of Chaglo, that box of Chaglo will be $0.
Can Loyalty Points be used on top of discounts?
Yes they can. Think of Loyalty Points as digital cash which you can use to pay for a product after discount at check out.
How can I check my points balance?
You can check your point balance by clicking on on the "REWARDS POINTS" section under your user account.
Discount Codes
Can discount codes be refunded?
Coupon codes are considered a discount. The value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Coupon codes and discounts will not apply to refunds.
