Shipping is free for Singapore and selected International Orders

If you need to change your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update the address, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed for shipping.

Yes, same day delivery is only available for Singapore Orders and there will be an $20 fee. Please reach out to us if you have any urgent request and we will do our best to assist you.

Delivery will take between 3-5 working days and handled by our logistics partners.

We regret to inform you that we do not deliver to PO boxes or DHL ServicePoints at this time. For the most reliable and efficient delivery, we require a physical address where our carrier partners can successfully deliver your orders. Refunds, Returns & Exchange

We wholeheartedly believe in the efficacy of our formulations and hope you love them as much as we do. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we’ll give you a full refund provided the unopened bottles are returned to us within 20 days after receiving your purchase.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 20-day guarantee. If, within 20 days of your purchase date, you find that our product is not suitable for your needs, we will be happy to provide you with a refund. The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Maximum limit is one refund claim per customer and a refund amount not exceeding S$189.

Our products are backed by a 20-day money-back guarantee. If you find that our product isn't meeting your expectations within 20 days of purchase, we're here to help. You can request a full refund, provided that any remaining unopened bottles are returned to us. Please note that returned products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging or condition will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are to be borne entirely by the customer and will not be refunded.

Submit a return request to support@chaglo.com stating your order number and reason for return. We will send an EzyReturn tracking number once your return request has been processed (1 - 3 days). Go to any POPStation and at the POPStation select "return my parcel" and choose "I don’t have a label and need to print." Enter your EzyReturn tracking number, collect, and attach the printed label to your parcel. Then, select "scan barcode on EzyReturn label" and follow the on-screen instructions.

Once we receive the returned item, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process the return and issue the refund. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support immediately or within 30 days of receipt with photos and description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.

Coupon codes are considered a discount. The value of the discount will not be refunded when your return or exchange is processed. Coupon codes and discounts will not apply to refunds.
