What is your refund policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 20-day guarantee. If, within 20 days of your purchase date, you find that our product is not suitable for your needs, we will be happy to provide you with a refund.

The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Maximum limit is one refund claim per customer and a refund amount not exceeding S$350.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once we receive the returned item, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process the refund. The exact time it takes for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment method and financial institution.

Yes, refund requests should be made within 20 days of the original purchase date. Beyond this period, we may not be able to process the refund.

What is your return policy?

Our products are backed by a 20-day money-back guarantee. If you find that our product isn't meeting your expectations within 20 days of purchase, we're here to help. You can request a full refund, provided that any remaining unopened bottles are returned to us.

Please note that returned products that are damaged, used or not in their original packaging or condition will not be accepted.

Please note that shipping costs for returned items are to be borne entirely by the customer and will not be refunded.

How to return?

Submit a return request to support@chaglo.com stating your order number and reason for return.

We will send an EzyReturn tracking number once your return request has been processed (1 - 3 days).

Go to any POPStation and at the POPStation select "return my parcel" and choose "I don’t have a label and need to print." Enter your EzyReturn tracking number, collect, and attach the printed label to your parcel. Then, select "scan barcode on EzyReturn label" and follow the on-screen instructions.

How long does it take to process a return?

Once we receive the returned item, it typically takes 1-3 business days to process the return and issue the refund. Please note that depending on your payment method, it may take an additional few days for the funds to appear in your account.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or defective item?

We apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please contact our customer support immediately or within 30 days of receipt with photos and description of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any return shipping costs.
